A new University of Louisville Belknap Residence Hall added 450 resident housing units to a busy, beloved area of the University campus.

For this Insulating Concrete Form Builder award-winning project, E-Z Construction completed all surrounding site work and hardscapes, which include seat wall, stadium steps, stairs around building, porous pavement, and crushed granite aggregate paving.

The Insulating Concrete Form Association Award goes to projects that have advanced the entire industry due to their significance and visibility. Additional amenities E-Z Construction installed include bike racks, social gathering spots, and a stage for students to enjoy.
